Elevate your game

Dear Friends:

This year marks the 20th anniversary of my relationship with my business partners, Lawrence Hibbert, Dallas Grundy, and Jeffrey Robinson, a milestone that we will celebrate and commemorate later this year! In honor of my friends and business partners, we will focus on Friendship, one of my 7 Fs: Faith, Family, Friends, Fellowship, Fun, Fitness, and Finance. The 7 Fs are guiding principles which, I believe, are essential to living a life balanced in mind, body, and soul.

Friends come into your life for a reason, a season, or a lifetime. My lifelong friendship with Lawrence, Dallas, and Jeffrey represents what is possible when a relationship is built on mutual understanding, respect, and trust. The successes we have experienced in business is 100 percent a result of having each other to rely on as trusted advisors. Accomplished leaders in their own right, they selflessly serve as key members of my "personal board of directors" and act as my compass in the face of an increasingly complex business environment and I serve them in the same capacity. Much like iron sharpens iron, we challenge each other in a positive way to be better leaders, better professionals, and better men. They are not only figuratively my brothers, they are literally my brothers. They are family to me.

I am fortunate to have had Lawrence, Dallas, and Jeffrey in my corner as trusted advisors for the past 20 years, and count myself blessed to be able to celebrate our 20th anniversary as business partners and, most importantly, as friends.

Peace and blessings,

Mr. Lawrence Hibbert, President and CTO, BCT Partners

Randal Visits Urban Wall Street

Last year, I sat down with Earl Christian III at Urban Wall Street to talk about BCT Partners’ recent billion-dollar contract awards from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to provide health and IT solutions. During the interview, I stressed the importance of building relationships and partnering with other businesses, a strategy especially important for any company wanting to do business with the federal government. This historic contract win is a great example of strength in numbers as there is no way we could have pulled this off by ourselves. As I always say, you can do more together than you can do apart!

Urban Wall Street is a company committed to increasing financial literacy in urban communities, providing economic empowerment, and delivering motivation and inspiration to audiences through its award-winning "Urban Wall Street Project" television show airing weekly to over 100 million households in more than 220 countries.

BCT Partners' Founders Have Been Honored by
The Network Journal's 40-Under-Forty Over the Years

This year marks the 20th anniversary of BCT Partners' inception back in 1993.  Over the years, four of BCT's founding members, Randal, Lawrence, Dallas, and Jeffrey, have all been selected by The Network Journal to receive their 40 Under-Forty Achievement Award.  Launched in 1998, this award honors men and women under the age of 40 whose professional accomplishments have significantly impacted an industry or profession and who also have made an important contribution to their community. A "TNJ 40 Under-Forty" honoree typically is an entrepreneur or a management executive with significant decision-making authority in the corporate, nonprofit, or government sector. A committee of judges reviews each year's candidates and their supporting material and makes the final selection for the year's honorees. Each honoree receives a specially designed crystal award at the annual "40 Under-Forty Achievement Awards" program held in June and attended by more than hundreds of business leaders, colleagues and well wishers.
